New Routine: Back to School Series

7Back to school is a whole season on it’s own. We have winter, spring, summer, SCHOOL SEASON, and fall. For many people, it’s a dreadful time of having to get up early and be attentive in classes that they’re very much trying not to sleep through. Or it’s the time when they’re trying not to let the stress get to them but are failing miserably because the course load is very overwhelming. School season is a start to something new and usually, new changes mean finding a new routine or easing back into a routine you’ve put on a hold. It’s already hard to jump into a routine when school starts, but now, it’s probably going to be a lot harder.

I thought that I’d release a series of blog posts that will help you navigate a new routine and make back to school season a bit easy. Some of these tips might be common knowledge and some new, but I think that consuming information like this may be a bit helpful and calming during these anxious times.

And don’t feel turned off by the fact that the series is for BACK TO SCHOOL season. These tips can help you get back into a functional routine for work or any new event in your life that’s bringing change. I’m done with school but I have a lot of life changes coming this September so I’m going to be using many of these tips myself.
